By using this website or booking a service with Venus Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

  • BOOKING CONFIRMATION
    Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee service availability for a requested date or time. All bookings are subject to confirmation by email, phone, or text message.

  • CLEANING PROFESSIONALS
    All cleaning professionals working with Venus Cleaning LLC are vetted prior to onboarding. We reserve the right to assign, replace, or change cleaning personnel at any time based on scheduling, availability, operational needs, or service requirements.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
    We reserve the right to deny, refuse, reschedule, or terminate service at any time due to safety concerns, inappropriate conditions, weapons on premises, aggressive behavior, disconnected utilities, hazardous conditions, excessive clutter, unsanitary environments, or any situation deemed unsafe or unreasonable by our team.

If the condition of the property materially differs from the description provided during booking, additional charges may apply or service may be refused.

  • CLEANING DAY PREPARATION
    Pricing is based on cleaners focusing primarily on cleaning tasks. Clients are encouraged to remove clutter and provide reasonable access to floors, counters, sinks, surfaces, and rooms to be cleaned.

Additional time and charges may apply for excessive clutter, organization, dishes, laundry, pet hair, or other non-standard cleaning conditions.

  • ADD-ON SERVICES
    The following services may be available at additional cost:

• Deep cleaning
• Heavy-duty cleaning
• Interior appliance cleaning
• Interior window cleaning
• Wall washing
• Blind detailing
• Dish washing
• Extra pet hair removal
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Oven cleaning
• Refrigerator cleaning

  • PET POLICY
    We gladly work around pets; however, clients are responsible for securing aggressive or unsafe animals before service begins.

If a pet creates unsafe working conditions, Venus Cleaning LLC reserves the right to remove cleaning personnel from the property and applicable cancellation fees may apply.

  • SERVICE FEES & RATE ADJUSTMENTS
    All quotes are estimates based on information provided during booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size, scope, or complexity of the property.

We reserve the right to reevaluate and adjust pricing at any time due to changes in property condition, service frequency, occupancy, square footage, excessive buildup, or additional labor requirements.

  • PAYMENT TERMS
    We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By booking a service, you authorize Venus Cleaning LLC to place temporary authorization holds and charge the card on file for completed services, approved add-ons, cancellation fees, lockout fees, damages caused by unsafe conditions, or unpaid balances.

  • ALL SALES FINAL / REFUND POLICY
    All sales are final.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. At our sole discretion, we may offer a touch-up, partial correction, or service adjustment.

  • RECURRING SERVICE DISCOUNTS
    Recurring discounts apply only after the initial cleaning service. If recurring cleanings are skipped or service frequency changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

  • LOCKOUT POLICY
    Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property within 30 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and charged up to the full booking amount to compensate for reserved labor time and travel expenses.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
    We understand schedules change and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.

To avoid cancellation fees, at least 48 hours notice is required.

• Less than 48 hours notice: up to $100 fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: up to 50% of booking total
• Same-day cancellations or lockouts: up to 100% of booking total

  1. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
    Clients may provide access instructions, door codes, alarm instructions, keys, or arrange to meet the cleaning team onsite.

If a client chooses to leave doors unlocked, place keys outside, or provide unsecured access methods, Venus Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for theft, damages, or third-party access.

  1. CLIENT SUPPLIED EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTS
    If clients request the use of their own vacuum, equipment, or cleaning products, Venus Cleaning LLC is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or issues resulting from such equipment or products.

  2. ITEMS WE DO NOT HANDLE
    For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide:

• Mold remediation
• Biohazard cleanup
• Hoarding cleanup
• Pest or infestation removal
• Cleanup involving blood, bodily fluids, waste, or hazardous materials

  1. HEAVY ITEMS & RESTRICTED WORK
    Cleaning professionals will not move items exceeding approximately 30 pounds and will not climb beyond a standard step stool height.

Clients must move fragile, valuable, or heavy objects prior to service if cleaning behind or underneath them is requested.

  1. DAMAGE, BREAKAGE & LOSS POLICY
    While we exercise reasonable care, accidental damage may occasionally occur.

Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Venus Cleaning LLC is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly installed items
• Normal wear and tear
• Fragile, antique, sentimental, or valuable items not disclosed beforehand
• Damage caused by faulty client-provided equipment or supplies

Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service.

  1. ARRIVAL WINDOWS
    Appointment times are estimated arrival windows only and are not guaranteed exact arrival times.

Due to traffic, weather, prior appointments, staffing, and unforeseen delays, arrival times may vary.

  1. HOLIDAYS & SCHEDULING
    If a scheduled service falls on an observed holiday or if operational issues arise, we may reschedule appointments accordingly.

We strive for consistent cleaning personnel whenever possible; however, staff assignments are not guaranteed.

  1. 24-HOUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
    If an area cleaned does not meet reasonable expectations, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

At our discretion, we may return to address the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed.

  1. GRATUITY
    Tips are never required but are always appreciated by cleaning professionals.

  2. NON-SOLICITATION OF CLEANING PROFESSIONALS
    Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or contract with current or former Venus Cleaning LLC cleaning professionals outside the Company for a period of 12 months following the last service date.

Violation of this provision may result in a referral fee of $2,500.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT OWNERSHIP
    All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Venus Cleaning LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

  2. PRIVACY POLICY & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
    Information submitted through our website, booking forms, phone calls, text messages, or emails may be used for scheduling, billing, marketing, customer support, operational purposes, and service communications.

We do not sell personal information to third parties; however, information may be shared with payment processors, software providers, contractors, or service partners necessary to operate our business.

By using our website or services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Venus Cleaning LLC including emails, calls, and text messages.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Venus Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or third-party software platforms.

  2. GOVERNING TERMS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws and business regulations applicable in the State of Tennessee.

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement related to services provided by Venus Cleaning LLC shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution and binding private arbitration where permitted by applicable law.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
    Venus Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
